The Classic is our 9:30 AM service. It leans toward traditional singing hymns, reciting creeds with a powerful choir and once a month bell choir. The music and readings always accentuate the message of the day.

Our 11:00 AM Contemporary Service. On a given Sunday, you will walk into a full band playing songs from Elevation, Belonging Co., and more. The service is simple yet impactful with music and a message.

The Couch is an online worship experience where the message is a conversation. This abbreviated service is for those on the go who want go deeper in their faith but find traditional church as a barrier. At The Couch, questions are answered, hope is proclaimed, and we grow closer to one another and God.

Welcome to the Monticello United Methodist Church website. Whether this is your first time to our site or maybe you visit us often, we pray that this website is a tool that God uses to draw you closer to him and cause you to be more like Jesus in your own life.

We are a Phygital Church, meaning that we do ministry both Physically in our building and Digitally through our online campus MUMC Online. Both are places where you can worship, serve, grow in discipleship, and be in community.

That is who we are, and what we believe. We are called to Worship, Discipleship, Mission, and Community. These pillars define everything we are and hope to be in Christ and in our community. God leads and guides us, but we believe we have a responsibility to work alongside God in the world. We also believe that you are a part of that work!
